All the staff were great, from Mr Fawzi at the reception to the breakfast and cleaning staff. Beds were comfortable. Location was good, if you wanted to, you can walk to Zaytun Masjid in about 30 mins. Breakfast was OK, nothing spectacular. They did make me a vegi egg omelette in request, which was nice. The 2 beds suite was good, but it was a smoking room, when I asked for non smoking. But smoking is part of the cultural norm in Tunisia, hopefully something the can overcome. Good restaurants nearby, I tried Saray, a Turkish restaurant, which was great.

Friendly staff. Large clean room with tea, coffee, kettle and fridge. A comfortable bed. Good breakfast with plenty of choices. The meals from the restaurant were good. There is a nice busy bar a few minutes walk away. The hotel is good for business travellers, it's close to many bank offices. Tunis centre is about 25 minutes walk.

The staff were keen to help you with anything. The manager Mr Fwzee was extremely helpful. Hotel gave an exchange rate similar to banks Use Bolt to travel - very cheap. For longer journeys just negotiate with the driver and they usually chare 40 Dinars an hour (approx. £10) which is very reasonable.

The hotel was lovely and the staff very friendly. Comfortable beds and nice shower. The chambermaids did a great job, probably among the best of any hotel I've stayed in. It seemed like new each day! Also really liked the location too, it was quiet but close enough to the main attractions.
